CRM

Information about customers of AION by Aker BioMarine is stored in our CRM system in order to comply with the customer agreement, in addition to legal requirements. At termination of a customer agreement, data will be stored as long as necessary to comply with legal requirements. We store information like name, email, phone number and employer of potential customers.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, for insights about the use of our website in order to continuously improve the site. Google Analytics is set up to anonymize IP addresses, in order to not identify individuals. Remarketing is not done on an individual basis and it will not be possible to identify individuals.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. AION by Aker BioMarine will store data from Google Analytics for 26 months. The retention period is valid both for users and events connected to cookies. When data reaches the end of the retention period they are continuously and automatically deleted on a monthly basis.

How long do we store information

Information about customers is stored as long as the customer agreement is in place and as per legal and security requirements.

How do you exercise your rights as a registered individual

You may request a file containing all your personal information as stored by AION by Aker BioMarine. The includes all information you have provided. You may also request the deletion of all personal information. This does not cover information we are required to store due to administrative, legal or security reasons.
